While on an early morning walk on the outskirts of Rabat, I found a very young hedgehog, above, (that’s why it’s white instead of grey or brown) still sleeping on a bed of leaves. I waited patiently till the first rays of the sun came on it. As soon as it became warm it woke up and walked away.
